Proverbs 1
A verse that most stuck out to me was Proverbs 1:8: My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother. This verse to me means we should obey out parents, to listen to their rules. Do not question them when they tell us to do something. do as we are told. An action step that I will take is to start listening to my parenst more, and start paying more attention to them when they talk, taking them seriously when they talk to me.

Great verse to choose and good decision for taking action to follow this advice. Our parents are here for a reason and it's to guide us through life, teach us, protect us, and love us. They know what they're doing, we just need to listen to them and trust them!
